The beauty of this dress is the technique, the femininity, and the almost tragic nature it exudes, reminding us of Hollywood’s most beloved icon. It’s once lively and blossoming leaves have begun to slowly dry, fray and fall; it’s light beginning to fade from the inside out. Layers of classic and crinkle chiffon are gently draped and stitched over and over one another. The lines are meant to be sharp and jagged, as if each layer was worn away, stripping the dress of its protective outer skin. 

Amidst the mille-feuille of chiffon, the deconstructive narrative is further accentuated by the exposed corset cups. The dilapidating strips of organza twist and curve around the body in painterly strokes. Each culminating in the back and creating a 3D, vortex-like effect until they trail off the train of the dress.

Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you and organize a meeting to better understand your needs. A designated couture team member will then be scheduled to take your measurements.
 
Once these details have been recorded, pattern adjustments will commence. Following this, you will receive your first toile, or sample. A fitting will take place, and any necessary changes will be documented. The final step will result in you receiving your finished garment.
 
During this process, you will also be assigned a dedicated Couture Liaison, who will be available to you for all updates, questions, and needs you may have. They will communicate via email, WhatsApp, text, or calls – however, your preferences may be.
 
Although we allow for minor revisions to be made to the dress to better suit your body, extensive alternations to the original design are not permitted. You will have access to seamstresses during your fittings, however travel costs will be applied at the clients expense. If you may need items delivered in a shorter timeframe than the 90-day period, a rush fee will be applied.
